Chrysalis House Crownsville provides a Residential Treatment program (Level 3.3) in a safe and structured environment where residents can develop and strengthen their recovery skills. Our nurturing atmosphere within the framework of an ongoing rehabilitative program affords:

The Residential program includes the following services:

  • Individual and Group Counseling

  • Substance Abuse Education

  • Relapse Prevention

  • Smoking Cessation

  • Parenting Skills Training

  • Life Skills Development

  • PTSD/Trauma Counseling

  • Auricular Acupuncture (Acudetox)

  • Therapeutic Recreation

  • On-site infant and child care

  • In-house/Community 12 Step Meetings

  • Family Counseling and Support

  • Mother/Child Activities

  • Transportation

  • Transitional Housing

Admission Program Eligibility and Referral:

Admissions Information Referrals for our program can be made by addictions treatment program, social workers, courts, legal or other service provider advocating for the women seeking services.

 

Eligible women must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Have a primary diagnosis of chemical addiction

  • Have completed a detoxification program and be drug- and alcohol-free for a minimum of five days prior to admission.
