Chrysalis House provides a safe, sober, structured environment where residents can develop and strengthen their recovery skills.  Our homelike atmosphere within the framework of an ongoing rehabilitative program affords:

Offering Long-Term Residential Treatment & Outpatient Services for Drug and Alcohol Addiction

Services are provided for children of recovering mothers, intervening in the cycle of addiction while helping families heal and stay together.  Women who are pregnant and seeking recovery are given priority admission at Chrysalis House.

Chrysalis House provides outpatient services through the Women's Addiction Treatment at Chrysalis House (W.A.T.C.H.) program.  Outpatient services are available at the Crownsville site.

Admission  (Program Eligibility and Referral)
Addictions treatment programs, social workers, the courts, and legal or other service providers may refer women to our program.  Other criteria include:
♦  18 years or older
♦  Primary diagnosis of chemical dependence
♦  Completion of detoxification or treatment within the last 30 days (immediate care or intensive outpatient)

Chrysalis House, Inc. is a 501(c)3 charitable organization.  All contributions are tax deductible.  A copy of the current financial statement is available upon request.  Documents and information submitted to the state of Maryland under the Maryland Charitable Solicitations Act are available from the Office of the Secretary of State, State House, Annapolis, MD 21401 for the cost of copying and postage.
